Many T-Mobile customers have been directly impacted by Hurricane Sandy, and our thoughts are with them, their families and loved ones. The size, scope, and impact of hurricane Sandy are unprecedented in the U.S. in terms of geographic area, location, and population density. In recognition of this, T-Mobile has taken many steps to assist our customers, as well as to assist with the overall relief efforts.
T-Mobile customers on postpaid plans in New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and parts of New York will receive a credit to their bills for overages incurred during the storm for domestic voice, text message, and data usage for one monthly bill cycle. Customers will still be responsible for paying their monthly recurring rate plan charges and associated taxes as well as charges for international usage, domestic roaming, and one-time charges. Credits will be issued to customers depending on their billing cycles.
