Yesterday I told you the Un-carrier would be launching a series of rapid-fire moves that are all part of our battle plan to revolutionize a broken, arrogant and stupid wireless industry.

Just to get everybody caught up, I thought I’d quickly recap what’s happened over the past couple days.

When I stood up and announced our first Un-carrier move just over a year ago, I wasn’t making a pitch. I was making a promise – to all wireless customers – to do the hard work of fixing an arrogant, out-of-touch US wireless industry.
