Introducing Smartphone Equality and Bringing Greater Fairness to the Wireless Industry

Introducing Smartphone Equality and Bringing Greater Fairness to the Wireless Industry

Today, I’m announcing a new approach we’re taking at T-Mobile that gives absolutely everyone a way to get the best deals we offer − deals previously available only to those with great credit. We call it Smartphone Equality.
What's Next in Wireless: My 2015 Predictions

What's Next in Wireless: My 2015 Predictions

I’m laying down a few 2015 predictions for the Un-carrier and for the industry. A few are no-brainers. Others are going to sound a little crazy … but what else is new?
Do’s & Don’ts for Un-carrier Wannabes

Do’s & Don’ts for Un-carrier Wannabes

There’s a lot of talk about “disruption” in the wireless industry lately.  But with every “disruptive” move they make, the old guard telecoms are showing just how clueless they really are.  Case in point, this week Sprint killed the Framily (finally!) and rolled out their “best deal ever” to everyone – everyone except their own customers, that is.
Firing On All Cylinders

Firing On All Cylinders

Now this is fun. Over the past couple years, I’ve seen flashes of brilliance from this team. I’ve seen unbelievable dedication and hard work.
